Refund policy

Any claims for printed / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, send an email to store@zoccas.com, with description of the problem and photographs to better identify the error.

The return address is the one on the package. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charities after 4 weeks.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Incorrect address – If you provide an address that is found to be insufficient by mail, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the shipping costs after we confirm an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that are not claimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@zoccas.com.

Returned by you – It is best to contact us at store@zoccas.com before returning any product. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size changes. A new order will be at your expense, you will need to place a new order with the updated size, which will be your responsibility and the cost borne by you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Notification for EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be predicted:

1. supply of goods manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customized;
2. sealed goods that have not been sealed after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore, ZOCCAS reserves the right to refuse returns, in its sole discretion.

This Policy will be governed and interpreted according to the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
